Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 21, 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SHD Sahuarita Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or website.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Services Provided
SHD Sahuarita Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements, location, and other factors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions, material costs, or scope changes discovered during the project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract or quote. Most projects require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges as permitted by law. You are responsible for any collection costs, attorney fees, or court costs incurred if we need to take legal action to collect payment.
Project Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule, but weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect timelines. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur.
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring utilities are marked before we begin. Delays caused by lack of access, incorrect utility information, or changes you request may extend the project timeline and could result in additional charges.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in your project contract. Our warranties cover defects in materials and installation but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, settling, ground movement, or acts of nature.
Concrete naturally develops minor cracks and color variations over time due to weather, use, and settling. These are normal characteristics and not considered defects. We will address significant issues that arise from installation errors during the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
SHD Sahuarita Concrete and its employees, contractors, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and are licensed to perform concrete work in Arizona. However, you are responsible for protecting your property, removing valuable items from work areas, and securing pets during the project.
Changes to Projects
Any changes to the scope, design, or materials after a contract is signed must be agreed upon in writing. Changes may affect project cost and timeline. We will provide a written change order detailing any adjustments before proceeding with the modifications.
Once concrete is poured and finishing has begun, changes to the surface texture, color, or design may not be possible. It is important to finalize all project details before we start the pour.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, including utility locations, easements, and property lines. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from homeowners associations, local authorities, or other entities.
You must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden obstacles before work begins. Damage to unmarked utilities or structures may result in additional repair costs that are your responsibility.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication and good faith efforts.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Pima County, Arizona, and will be governed by Arizona state law.
